Villa EYW 2 is located in a dreamy location, in the village of Kissonerga, where guests can relax and enjoy the nature of Cyprus. Five en-suite bedrooms, a gated private pool (12 m x 6 m), free WiFi, an outdoor Jacuzzi, one built-in BBQ and one with gas (English style), are only some of the amenities that VILLA EYW 2 provides.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped, including crockery, cutlery and cookware. There is also a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a juicer, a blender, 2 toasters, a kettle and mincers.

The welcoming living area has an open plan style and is furnished in a traditional manner with selected mosaic artwork and ornaments that give a homely touch. The sofas are made of leather and the dark-wooden furnishings are in earthy colours. The villa also provides a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a games console. The dining table is very large and accommodates up to 11 people. There are also 2 high chairs for kids.

Also available on the ground floor is a cloakroom with a WC.

Ground floor: First room: 1 King size bedroom, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

Second room: 1 King size bed and 1 small double bed in the same room, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath, 1 baby cot, a wash basin and WC. There is also a children stair gate for the safety of our little friends.

First floor: First room: 1 Twin bedded room, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC.

Second room: 1 Twin bedded room, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

Third room: 1 Master king size bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom with bath, 1 baby cot, a wash basin and WC.

All three bedrooms are spacious, they contain large windows with either sea or garden view, and two of them adjoin the large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.

Guests can relax on the sun loungers by the pool, enjoying the panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. The swimming pool is fenced off and its depth is 1m - 2m and its dimensions are 12m x 6m. There is also an outdoor hydrotherapy jacuzzi that will make you relax in the most peaceful atmosphere.

A built-in BBQ with small garden feature for cooking is situated outside, along with another one which is to be used with gas (English style). The terrace is large and surrounds the swimming pool and the area around the villa. For extra safety there is a wooden fence that surrounds the area around the villa. There is a further shaded terrace and private shaded side garden filled with grass and plants, ideal for children to play. VILLA EYW 2 also provides a table tennis and a pool table on the terrace next to the garden for outdoor entertainment. I should also mention that the villa provides 2 safe boxes, 1 safe box for keys, an alarm system, smoke detector, and 2 ramps – one towards the main entrance of the house and one towards the pool.
